An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Insurance Diversity and Inclusion Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Directing, developing, implementing and monitoring large and sustainable diversity programs
Developing training and targeted programming in order to create and foster an open and inclusive environment
Inspiring and motivating others to create positive change
Skills and Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline or equivalent
Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience, with at least 3 years of management experience leading and facilitating diversity and inclusion initiatives with a demonstrated return on investment
In-depth understanding of D&I concepts and principles and how it relates to other disciplines across the HR and the business. Is passionate about issues of equity and inclusivity.
Ability to inspire and motivate others to create positive change
Strong experience working with cross functional teams and leaders, with a solid ability to influence
Solid experience developing and implementing targeted D&I programing for pipeline and high potential diverse talent
