Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting International Client Operations Project Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Producing accurate and timely international sales quotations for product and services
  • Responding quickly and accurately to requests from inside resources as well as outside clients
  • Monitoring, tracking, and expediting international shipments as orders are placed and fulfilled

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, where workflow is determined by incoming requests required
  • Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office; Specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • 1 or more years of international business/logistics experience, specifically in the areas of tax, export compliance, and global sourcing is required
  • 2 or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role required
  • Prior experience in Client Relationship Management software (CRM) required
