Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting IT Architect Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
- Ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented
- Writing technical specifications and other forms of documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel to Chicago a few days every 3 or 4 months
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent
- Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
- Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
