Job Summary
A network of public schools needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Source and interview candidates from current pipelines
- Build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates
- Source candidates through a variety of search methods
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend in-person networking events
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand, time sensitive, changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
- Quiet home office with equipment: laptop, printer and dedicated phone with ability to make incoming and outgoing calls
