A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Learning and Development Analyst in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing coaching to team members and peers by collaborating with others
- Staying current with customer needs and strategies utilizing formal and informal written communication methods
- Demonstrating up-to-date expertise in information systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Facilitating project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences
- 3 years contract consulting experience including working in remote environment
- 5 years' experience in related role in the banking, financial and/or technology sector
- Technical savvy
