Job Summary
A provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions has a current position open for a Telecommuting Learning and Development Specialist in Schaumburg.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering training and instruction in accordance with defined training needs
- Administering classroom trainings for internal audiences
- Assisting with training plans and materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel required 30-40%
- Prior training experience of 1 to 3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Education or other relevant discipline area
- Knowledge of training and development practices and methods
- Knowledge of learning theories and principles including adult learning theory
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
