Job Summary

A financial research company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Legal Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Writing editorial analysis and updates on disputes and market moving events
  • Participating in teleconferences and meetings with lawyers and investment professionals
  • Monitoring and analyzing complex Pharmaceutical patent and regulatory disputes across a variety of jurisdictions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be willing to travel to D.C./Delaware
  • Must have 3 years experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation
  • Must have familiarity with PTAB and federal court patent litigation
  • Admitted to a state bar and have an advanced degree in the biological sciences
