Job Summary
A company that offers legal services has an open position for a Telecommuting Legal Call Center Intake Specialist in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Updating clients verbally and/or via email on their case status as needed
- Vetting the legal claims of prospective clients
- Scheduling appointments and completing electronic signature process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to train for 2 weeks in the Downtown Orlando Office
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a dedicated workspace without interruptions of loud pets, small children and free of loud background noise
- Must type 35 WPM and possess strong computer skills
- Must be familiar with some Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must have a minimum of 20 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload of high speed internet
