Job Summary

An IT and service company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Level 3 Cloud Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining our Customer Satisfaction levels at >90%
• Providing subject matter expertise across all aspects of server, networking and cloud infrastructure issues
• Working with customers, vendors and peers to provide Level 3 support across Microsoft cloud platforms

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3 years of client facing technical experience
• Ability to identify gaps in peer skill base and offer positive feedback to management
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in a diverse MS/AWS cloud support environment
• Desire to resolve customer technical issues quickly, professionally and with a smile in your voice
• MCSA in an active Cloud discipline is required for this role
• Demonstrable skill and knowledge of PowerShell scripting
