Job Summary
A mobile company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Mobile Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing a number of complex advertising programs
- Closely monitoring account performance against client objectives
- Proactively managing any issues with key partners and internal team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Location: Waltham, MA or New York, NY
- 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships, preferably within the mobile or online advertising industry
- Proven experience in a sales support role and superior client service skills
- Ability to lead client meetings and internal team meetings
- xpert in Excel and basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript as they relate to advertising tags
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting ability
