Job Summary

A mobile company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Mobile Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing a number of complex advertising programs
  • Closely monitoring account performance against client objectives
  • Proactively managing any issues with key partners and internal team members

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Location: Waltham, MA or New York, NY
  • 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships, preferably within the mobile or online advertising industry
  • Proven experience in a sales support role and superior client service skills
  • Ability to lead client meetings and internal team meetings
  • xpert in Excel and basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript as they relate to advertising tags
  • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting ability
