Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Museum Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and participate in the interview process and internal discussions afterwards
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare written notes
  • Develop innovative outreach and recruitment strategies

Required Skills:

  • Partial remote with this role
  • Bachelors degree or higher required
  • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience in an early-stage, fast-paced organization
  • A record of success serving as the point of contact for job candidates, both in writing and on the phone
  • General understanding of city, state, and federal employment regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
