Job Summary

A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommuting NetSuite Services Client Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working proactively to identify trends in escalations and steps they have taken to prevent future escalations of that type
  • Managing complex cross departmental escalations to successful resolution
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and address escalations from internal Vertical teams

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience
