Job Summary
A trusted business partner is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Network Advisory Senior Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, documenting and implementing project strategies
- Performing all aspects of project management in support of client engagement
- Actively participating in account planning, sales and solutions development
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel regularly, as travel will be required in support of client deliverables (Estimated to be 50%)
- Experience with multiple platforms: Avaya, Cisco. NICE/inContact
- Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
- Subject matter expert in call routing, ACD, IVR, CTI, Session Management, VoIP and SIP
- Multi talented individual that can work both at the strategic/executive level and at the tactical/analyst level
- 3 years minimum in the telecommunications industry with carrier, service provider or prior consulting experience
