Job Summary
A technology company focused on security is in need of a Telecommuting Network Security Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
- Be responsible for the customer's renewal and for expansion of the platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
- Proficient in Office software
- Attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate analysis
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
