Job Summary

Software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Nurse Case Manager 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating injured/disabled individuals
  • Providing case management services to injured employees on behalf of carriers
  • Facilitating communication with third party payers, providers, injured employees and employers to reduce disability costs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Worker’s compensation or disability management experience
  • Proven experience in Nurse Case Management
  • Ability to coordinate the individual’s treatment program while maximizing cost containment
  • Two to five years clinical experience
  • Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
