A test preparation company has an open position for a Telecommuting Nursing Education Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating reports to determine effectiveness of current course curricula
- Creating course documents including syllabi, content guides, additional online resources
- Recommending new approaches to E-learning and current documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working with multiple learning projects
- Experience in creating and modifying online nursing content within a learning management system
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and learning methodologies
- Associates degree (or equivalent) in Nursing
- Proficient with Powerpoint and LMS systems
