Job Summary

A leading cloud call center software company is in need of a Telecommuting Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Professional Services operations are performed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner
  • Improving internal operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of Contact Center experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Professional Services implementation organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Domo, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or RapidMiner
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
