Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Operations Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Deploying and maintaining applications
  • Designing, creating and provisioning of infrastructure
  • Collaborating with other engineers to implement operational solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Proficient in Ruby and at least one other programming language
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tools
  • Knowledge of the ELK stack
  • Configuration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Experience with Prometheus/Grafana for metrics aggregation/visualization
  • Experience using Kubernetes
  • Experience with automation tools/platforms
