Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Partner Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing, managing, and communicating to an assigned portfolio of authorized resellers
- Collaborating with various internal groups to help partner achieve return on investment
- Providing customer success including training guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Participate in Partner field marketing events within region/industry as needed
- Occasional travel to national events and corporate meetings may also be required
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6 years experience in technical support, account management, project management and/or consulting
- Experience dealing with large scale, technologically complex accounts
