Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Partner Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Organizing, managing, and communicating to an assigned portfolio of authorized resellers
  • Collaborating with various internal groups to help partner achieve return on investment
  • Providing customer success including training guidance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Participate in Partner field marketing events within region/industry as needed
  • Occasional travel to national events and corporate meetings may also be required
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in technical support, account management, project management and/or consulting
  • Experience dealing with large scale, technologically complex accounts
