Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Personal Injury Protection Claim Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigating, evaluating and managing entry level and intermediate level first party claims
  • Determining appropriate coverage and order of priority
  • Determining injuries, understanding and monitoring treatment, managing appropriateness of care and focusing on appropriate resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to produce a high degree of accuracy
  • Obtain state specific property casualty claims licensing as required
