Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Pharmaceutical Regional Operations Manager in the Southwest Region.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring and following up on region operating issues and activities
- Assisting RSD in development, communication and implementation of region business plans
- Assisting RSD with tracking and monitoring region and district performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience with customer base and market knowledge
- Successful experience working within a matrix organization to accomplish business objectives
- Ability to apply customer insight and market industry knowledge to business decision making
- Skill in interpreting and using business and marketing analytics to support a point of view
- Knowledge and skill in development and execution of territory level business plans that support strategic initiatives
