Job Summary
An accounting company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Phone and Email Support Specialist in Baton Rouge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in resolving client inquiries
- Building client relationships as part of the accounting process
- Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- May need to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com with a good working understanding of most components
- 2 years of phone support
- Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc
- Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
- Can manage time and tasks effectively in a work from home, results driven environment
