Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Physicians Clinical Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a proactive cadence with customers to grow account relationship
- Planning, creating and executing custom presentations to customer audiences remotely and in-person
- Building, developing, and growing business relationships within large healthcare delivery systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 40-50% mainly to midwestern and east coast U.S.
- 5 years minimum healthcare experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with software implementation, project execution, end user rollout planning, risk management, communication planning, executive alignment and account planning
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena or other EMR implementation, and/or healthcare consulting roles
- Analytics or data analysis experience
