Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Physicians Clinical Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a proactive cadence with customers to grow account relationship
  • Planning, creating and executing custom presentations to customer audiences remotely and in-person
  • Building, developing, and growing business relationships within large healthcare delivery systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 40-50% mainly to midwestern and east coast U.S.
  • 5 years minimum healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with software implementation, project execution, end user rollout planning, risk management, communication planning, executive alignment and account planning
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena or other EMR implementation, and/or healthcare consulting roles
  • Analytics or data analysis experience
