Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Practice Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring accounts for opportunities to expand usage
- Developing a thorough understanding of the product and use cases, to ensure customers are using the software to its fullest
- Being sensitive to customers' needs and can develop warm client relationships
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel required
- Experience working in or with corporate legal departments and/or law firms
- Experience with e-discovery, document review, due diligence, document management,
- 4-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM and support software systems
- A high degree of interest in and comfort with technology
