Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommuting Premium Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical thought leadership for customer engagements, internal initiatives, and product development
  • Serve as case manager for assigned Premium Support customers
  • Educate assigned customers on effective use of products through a teaching / instructional approach

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required
  • 7+ years in an application development or consulting role
  • BA / BS / MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 5+ years customer facing experience
  • 5+ years of experience with traditional RDBMS and NoSQL databases including data modeling, performance tuning and configuration
