Job Summary

A nonprofit youth development organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Program Administrator in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Working with Program Managers to schedule events, coordinate volunteers, collect data and liaise with partner organizations
  • Uphold organizational processes and protocols such as volunteer registration and donor thank yous
  • Providing regular updates to leadership and helping with email triage

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Some in-person meetings and site-based work (scheduled ahead of time) will be required
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving results without significant supervision
  • Experience with SFDC, MailChimp, Eventbrite, and other relevant tools
  • Relevant experience working with diverse populations with cultural competency
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders
