Job Summary

A youth movement group is in need of a Telecommuting Program Facilitator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating weekly one-to-one calls with youth leaders via Zoom Video Chat
• Providing strategic local climate action campaign support and/or connecting youth leaders with the resources and support they need
• Participating in and contributing to ongoing program evaluations and updates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Some experience organizing a campaign, mobilizing a community, leading a club, etc.
• Able to form both quick and lasting connections with people
• Able to relate well with high school-aged people
• Strong organizational skills, especially scheduling and keeping track of next steps and tasks
• Comfortable asking for help and learning new tools
