A digital learning company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Project Based Computer Science Teacher and Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating user-friendly teacher guides to accompany your curriculum
  • Surfing the Internet for hilarious yet informative CS content
  • Writing engaging lessons including lectures, activities, and exams for online publication

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with writing for non-academic audiences and ability to express computer science concepts in an engaging and approachable way
  • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.7+), or equivalent real-world experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math-related field
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer languages, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, and other web design tools
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
