Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Quality Improvement Manager Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Assure compliance with mandated and corporate policies
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team and serve as a mentor for their day-to-day activities
- Create departmental process flows and education
Position Requirements Include:
- Anticipate 10%-15% travel, though may vary based on business needs
- Masters Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or Business and/or work equivalent experience
- Active Registered Nursing license free of restrictions
- At least 2 years prior nursing supervisory experience
- Progressive experience in the health solutions industry, with emphasis on leading and managing teams (specifically nursing staff)
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting healthcare data and trends
