Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Real Estate Technologies Developer and Data Custodian.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to conceptualize solutions
• Researching, exploring and proposing solutions utilizing the latest technologies
• Working independently to evaluate, estimate, plan, and schedule the work necessary to deliver impactful solutions to employees

Qualifications Include:

• Travel 25 % of the time
• 5+ years’ experience working in a development capacity at a software company or other technology-oriented business
• Significant programming expertise
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles
• Experience in data analysis, data management, data modeling and diagramming
• Extensive knowledge and experience with content management systems and corporate intranets
