A wine and spirits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Recommendations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Make daily checks before beginning of work shift on all sales, promotions, and campaigns through email updates
- Provide exceptional customer service while giving great wine recommendations
- Demonstrate capacity for customer engagement and salesmanship
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic HTML skills
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and produce quality solutions
- Knowledge of wine and wine terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fast typing skills with at a speed of at least 40wpm
- Ability to quickly navigate multiple websites at a time
