Job Summary

A global talent solutions specialist is seeking a Telecommuting Recruitment Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates
  • Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
  • Counsel the hiring manager (client) in final selections

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
  • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting
