Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create systems to codify information and share best practices across chapters
- Guide local fundraising efforts by identify trends to create and execute trainings
- Manage the planning and execution of frequent meetings with the Board of Directors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comfort with traveling to various chapters during the year, up to 40% of travel time
- Some form of teaching, school-based professional experience, student-based professional experience or previous work with educational non-profits required
- Up to ten years of professional experience, including roles focused on direct and/or lateral management and advising senior leaders, and at least 4 years of direct fundraising experience
