Job Summary
A leader in consumer credit and promotional financing, providing a range of products for a diverse group of national and regional retailers needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Regional Practice Development Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead and manage a regional field sales team to ensure the execution of national and regional sales/marketing initiatives
- Coach/mentor field sales team externally, through co-traveling, to evaluate them based on a benchmark measurement system
- Implement effective measurement and reward systems with field sales team
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or outside sales
- Minimum of 3 years of territory sales/marketing experience with a track record of results
- Excellent client relationship skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
