Job Summary
A company focused on child-care services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Relationship Account Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively developing strong partnerships with clients to maximize retention
- Developing and executing launch and on-going communication and marketing plans
- Renewing and negotiating client contracts to optimize company's financial growth
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years or more of direct account or client relationship management with proven ability to upsell
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and has a proven track record of retaining and growing business
- Must have experience as an Account Manager or in Sales and Account Management
