Job Summary
An industrial distributor has an open position for a Telecommuting Renovation Sales Representative in Sarasota.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generating new renovation/redevelopment project business with existing client base and new clients within the industry
- Overseeing all territory renovation/redevelopment projects
- Establishing and expanding relationships with owners and contractors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time and operation of a company/personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
- Generally 5-8 years of experience in related field
- Certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Ability to handle intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, and pre-employment tests if applicable
