Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Retail Client Support Vice President in Playa Vista.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, expand relationships and retain
  • Implement client support systems to allow team scalability while maintaining personal touch with clients
  • Facilitate or create appropriate process documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • Moderate Travel - Travel to client venues to engage clients periodically
  • 8+ years of enterprise Client Support and management experience
  • 8+ years planning and managing team initiatives and implementation of internal client tracking systems
  • Experience with scaling of SaaS companies and retention strategies
  • Metrics driven decision making
