Job Summary

A consulting company is in need of a Telecommuting Retail Development Construction Manager in the Northeast Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging and managing consultants
  • Performing Zoning Ordinance and Building Code analyses
  • Ability to perform construction management duties

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Able to attend field site visits for candidate and engineering viability
  • Minimum 4 year degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • 10 years Construction Management experience in the retail and commercial Land Development industry
  • 5+ years Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of retail and commercial Land Development industry
  • Experience and application of PM processes and financial management
  • Ability to comprehend legal documents such as, but not limited to, legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination, and CAD drawings
