A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Robot Safety SW Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Work with Lead Safety Engineer and software teams in planning software-based hazard mitigations
  • Design and implement software framework for ensuring safe robot operation
  • Design and build first-generation robotic solutions for mass consumer adoption

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in safety-critical C++ code development
  • Degree in computer science or similar technical field
  • Extensive experience with Tracing of hazard analysis and mitigation through software
  • Fluency in safety-critical software design and coding
