Job Summary

An appraisal company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Sales and Operations Support Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating sales CRM and providing operational support for service delivery
  • Ensuring seamless and meticulous execution of sales processes
  • Providing sales support with account contracts and client management

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in sales support and/or client/account management required
  • Technologically versatile and independent with good internet research and computer skills
  • Process oriented - adapt to existing processes and look for opportunities to make improvement
  • Must be very comfortable in communicating with clients via email and on the phone on a daily basis
  • Self-motivated, task oriented with a getting things done attitude
