Job Summary
A health management company is in need of a Telecommuting Sales and Solution Design Chief Medical Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing data to identify trends in opportunities for providers to improve medical and pharmacy costs, access to care and quality
- Leading the build out of the Nine C's playbook, updates annually
- Partnering with clinical leadership to develop population health strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Domestic travel required (approximately 35 percent)
- Flexible personality; easily adaptable to change/ambiguity
- M.D. or D.O. degree, plus Board Certification. Current, unrestricted medical licensed
- Minimum of five years successful clinical practice experience
- Minimum of three years health plan or capitated provider experience
- Knowledge of healthcare financing and the relation to various managed care products
