Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Sales Excellence Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure excellence in field force processes
- Establish global sales metrics, processes, and productivity plan
- Act as a key resource to communicate business changes across all levels of the sales organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years of proven successful sales, sales operations, or sales strategic experience
- Strong track record of driving rapid sales programs that generate bookings ahead of plan
- Expert knowledge of sales processes, demand generation and enterprise software
- Strong analytical skills, data driven, and fanatical obsession with achieving set goals and ROI
- Ability to understand what motivates buyers and translate that into content and campaigns
- Experience influencing cross-functionally and at all levels to deliver on business goals
