Job Summary

A company that provides Salesforce consulting has an open position for a Telecommuting Salesforce Senior Consultant Field Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Work on Salesforce Configuration and Design of Field Service implementations
  • Participate in Business Process Review Meetings to guide a customer through their processes
  • Translate the Customer’s requirements and using best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration
  • 3+ years of salesforce administration managing an advanced Salesforce instance
  • Previous experience working with Field Service
  • Operational experience in how customers use Field Service
  • Strong ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Salesforce
  • Strong Project Management skills
