Job Summary
An SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting SAP SuccessFactors Administration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing role based permissions for all SuccessFactors modules
- Working directly with IT on any technical issues relating to SuccessFactors
- Providing support and guidance/training to module level administrators of SuccessFactors modules
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional travel
- 1-2+ years of experience administering multiple modules of the SAP SuccessFactors solution
- Ability to research and resolve problems with changes to systems or processes
- Experiencing providing excellent customer service, written and oral communication, organization, and project management skills
- Strong functional / business knowledge of core HR business practices
- Experience supporting a HCM system implementation
