Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Scheduling Coordinator in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, managing, and tracking Medicare Advantage patients for an Annual Wellness Visit with a Nurse Practitioner
  • Scheduling Medicare Advantage patients into the Primary Care facilities
  • Working collaboratively within the organization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Remote position must be located in Arizona to interview
  • 3+ years of scheduling experience and/or prior medical experience
  • MS Office Suite, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Call Center Member experience
