A digital design platform is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Event Operations Coordinator.

  • Managing and mitigating all customer complaints and issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of customer service or events experience a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
