Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Full Cycle Recruiter in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Identify leads through networking, referrals, and other professional social networking
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and in-person interviews
- Negotiate salaries based upon market pay rates and candidate qualifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel for in-person interviews
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of proven and successful full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience supporting all levels of positions in Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance and engineering while managing candidates and stakeholders from beginning to end
- 2+ years’ experience performing heavy sourcing and networking to find qualified candidates
