Job Summary
An education platform is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Full Stack Engineer in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Defining and constantly improving the web architecture for our products
- Developing, iterating, testing, shipping and maintaining web and mobile tools for teachers and families as well as internal tools
- Working on database design, analysis, and tuning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years working with a software engieering team
- Expert mastery of web technologies such as modern Javascript, server-side MVC frameworks, and modern database
- You regularly use automated build and deployment tools
- A sense of ownership and ability to drive issues and new ideas
- Deep experience with multiple common web programming languages
- Understanding of tradeoffs in database and infrastructure design choices
