Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Healthcare Economics Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop analytical plans including determining types of data needed, optimal study design and appropriate statistical analysis
- Perform analyses to determine effectiveness and ways to improve clinical programs
- Research, identify, and implement new approaches and methods to improve the quality and cost of care
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business, Statistical, Mathematical, Health or related field)
- 5+ years data analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAS or SQL programming
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Flexible in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem - solving and analytical skills
