Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior IT Systems Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Running, monitoring and troubleshooting application batch jobs and online functionality
  • Triaging customer incident tickets and providing analysis of customer or application issue
  • Performing root cause analysis and provide write-ups of RCA to customer

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • Oracle PL / SQL development experience
  • SQL statement tuning and performance monitoring experience
  • Experience with System testing and writing test cases
